Tennis Membership
Privileges: Access to tennis courts, pool, Blackwater Grille, bar and lounge area
Dues: $219.45 per month
Food Minimum: $40.00 per month
Social Membership
Privileges: Access to pool, Blackwater Grille, bar and lounge area
Dues: $134.40 per month
Food Minimum: $40.00 per month
Pool Membership
Privileges: Access to pool and snack bar, Blackwater Grille, bar and lounge area

Dues: $310.00
Non-Resident Membership
For those whose primary residence is 30 miles or more from Orangeburg
Privileges: Access to all amenities
Dues: General - $119.00 per month | Social - $98.70 per month
